Overall Objective
To provide general administrative support services that will facilitate the achievement of the overall goals of the organization. The position will be based in either Lagos or Abuja.
Specific Duties
- Carry out basic administrative functions.
- Efficient management of the firms’ material resources.
- Carry out other official assignment and functions that might be assigned by superior officers.
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or First Degree in Law, Social Science courses, Secretarial Administration or combination.
- Not less than 2 years work experience in similar capacity or secretarial services with Basic Accounting Knowledge.
- Higher academic and or professional qualification will be of added advantage.
- Ability to work long hours including weekends tirelessly and without supervision.
- Excellent communication, customers focused and human relation skills.
- Possession of driving license.
