Objective
To prove technical support and input to the office of the Chairman and undertake financial advisory roles including managing the financial strategies and functions in a way that facilitates the actualization of the objectives of the organization.
Duties
- Set-up and implement finance and accounting policies.
- Facilitate strategic planning and budget preparation.
- Prepare and analyze Management Accounts/Final Accounts for holding company/subsidiaries/associated companies/partner organizations.
- Monitor and follow up activities of the Chairman and generally provide support for the Chairman’s Office.
- Represent the Chairman at meetings, events and other business functions.
Requirements
- Good first and advanced degree in any field.
- Possession of professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum 4 years post degree experience, in at least 2 different jobs functions.
- High Level of computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, human relations and leadership skills with very amiable/friendly personality.
