Segun Aina is the Executive Chairman of Fintech Associates. He had extensive work experience in the financial services sector capping it with a six    year stint as Chief Executive Officer of Fountain Trust Bank (now member of Springbank) reputed for its innovative Information Technology oriented services. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of London (and Nigeria where he is the immediate past Vice President of CIBN), a Member of the Canadian Council on Africa, Toronto Board of Trade, in addition to other local/community and foreign affiliations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Masters in Banking and Finance from top rated universities in addition to programs in top business schools – i.e. Lagos Business School, Nigeria INSEAD, France and IMD Switzerland. During his career, he has initiated, led, supervised and participated in a number of turnaround and pioneering/richly rewarding projects.

Dele Adekoya, Principal Associate in Fintech, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of financial services experience at executive management level. His versatility stands out in the areas of International Trade and Banking operation, product monitoring, control, development and Risk Management.
He hold a Bachelors degree in Economics as well as a Masters degree in Banking and Finance.

Dr. Bisi Aina is the Solution Architect of Fintech. He is a result-driven IT professional with extensive experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning solutions - ERP and other specialized applications. Possess an in-depth understanding of emerging markets as it relates to technology.  Has extensive experience in leading ERP implementation solutions. Successfully planned and directed many activities that have provided innovative information technology solutions in North America (USA & Canada) and Africa.
 As an oracle certified application developer (OCP) and database administrator (OCP) he has strong knowledge of oracle tools and architecture along with Unix and NT operating systems.

Bisi Popoola is a seasoned Information and Communication expert.
 He is very versatile with wide experience having worked and fully participated in the implementation of numerous ICT projects in telecoms companies, banks and technology consultancy in the        United States for over 23 years. He is involved in the firm’s system design and programming activities, network planning, database management and data centre operations and  also responsible for establishing corporate strategy and policy. Bisi Popoola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management as well as a Masters degree in Computer Science from Pratt Institute, New York in the United States. He is the immediate past CEO of Fleet Technologies Ltd.    He currently operates from Accra, Ghana

Glory Nsaka is the Customer Relations and Administrative Manager of Fintech, she is well experienced in the area of relationship  management having worked in the Information Technology industry for over six years dealing with top executives and IT managers in different highly rated Banks, financial and manufacturing institutions.
She currently handles the operations of the organization, project implementation and quality control.
Glory has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and post graduate degree in Resource Management and MBA Human Resources. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Administration.

Seye Oyetade is a graduate of Physics and a System Analyst with several years of experience in the ICT Industry. He coordinates the technology business activities of Fintech and equally responsible for defining corporate strategy and policy in emerging markets. Seye had led teams of application developers of the company into successful projects. Currently occupies the position of Business Development Manager as an Associate in Fintech. He is responsible for the development, direction and control of all information systems and technology activities within the firm.
